Who sells the tours

The tours on this website are sold by:

Some activities take place in third-party facilities, such as Chankanaab Park or the SkyReef beach club, and are delivered by their operators. Their own rules for visitors also apply during the activity.

Your booking

A booking is your reservation of a specific tour, date and number of travelers at the price shown when you book.

• Your booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. Please check your inbox and spam folder.
• Some bookings may be received first as a request. In that case, the booking is only confirmed when we send you the confirmation email.
• Please check that names, date, number of travelers and contact details are correct. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.
• The meeting point and time are included in your confirmation. Please arrive [por confirmar: minutos de anticipación] before the start time.

Prices, taxes and currency

• Each tour shows its price in its own currency (US dollars or Mexican pesos) and by traveler category when it applies.

• Amounts shown in another currency are approximate and only for reference.

• Your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees to foreign-currency payments.

Payment

• Online card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.

Changes and cancellations

Cancellations, date changes, refunds and cancellations due to weather are covered by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Your responsibilities

• Arrive on time at the meeting point with what the tour asks you to bring.
• Follow the instructions of guides, captains and instructors, and the safety rules of each activity.
• Tell us before your tour about any health condition, pregnancy or limitation that may affect your participation, especially in water activities. Water activities require [por confirmar: nivel de natación requerido, si aplica].
• Do not take part in water activities under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Take care of your personal belongings during the tour.
• Respect the reef and wildlife: do not touch or feed animals or coral.

Our responsibilities

• Deliver the tour as described on this website, with the equipment and services listed in “What’s included”.
• Work with trained guides and operators that follow the safety rules of each activity.
• Inform you as soon as possible about any change that affects your tour.

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (force majeure), such as weather, port closures or decisions of the authorities, which are handled as described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Weather and safety

Tours depend on weather and sea conditions. For your safety, the operator or the Port Captaincy may modify, delay, reschedule or cancel an activity. In that case we will contact you to offer the options described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Minors

• Minors must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them during the whole activity.

• Youth or child prices apply only to the ages shown on each tour.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
